The
Mechanobiology Journal is a scholarly open access, peer-reviewed, and fully refereed journal. It presents original papers, reviews, and communications on all aspects of experimental mechanobiology. Original manuscripts are expected to provide a clear contribution to advances in in silico, in vitro and in vivo research of mechanobiology. Reviews are acceptable in all areas of mechanobiology and may focus on any topic presented within the scope of the journal. Reviews would be expected to be a comprehensive exposition of the literature, with a critical view of recent work, and a view into future studies, outcomes or concerns.

The goal of the journal is to improve the understanding of mechanobiology, broaden its exposure to the scientific community, and ultimately provide approaches to translate into therapeutic strategies rectifying husbandry and agriculture problems. The journal welcomes submissions over a broad range of disciplines, including mathematical modeling and computer simulation.
Articles published in Mechanobiology Journal should be considerate to researchers working in related disciplines and to act as a platform to engage and encourage debate and exploitation of mechanobiological processes.
