Biography

Dr. Chandrasekar Srinivasa Kannan is a professor in the Chemical Engineering Department of Khalifa University, Abu Dhabi, UAE, with more than 25 years of academic and industrial experience. His research interest includes synthesis of porous catalysts/adsorbents, renewable energy, microwave application, metal extraction, waste treatment, and modeling simulation. He has published over 250 journal papers in peer reviewed international journals. He holds Honorary Professor position with Kunming University of Science and Technology, China.
