Biography

Paweena Thuwanut obtained her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand. She subsequently pursued her MSc and PhD in Reproductive Biology at Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, Sweden. Following her doctoral study, she was awarded the inaugural JoGayle Post-Doctoral Funding, a two-year program offered by Smithsonian Institute, USA. Currently, she serves as a research docent at Reproductive Biology Unit (Infertility Clinic), Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University. Her primary research interests include fertility preservation in female patients and the genetic or epigenetic factors associated with infertility
